Scientific research into sleep has dramatically increased during the past decade, with greater understanding of the hormonal and brain activity during sleep which has a key influence on your health and well-being. Graham will examine common myths and stereotypes which may damage your chances of sleeping well.
Professor Graham Law
Graham Law is Professor in Medical Statistics at the University of Lincoln. He has published over 100 papers and three books on the causes of disease and poor health. At the moment he is focused on the consequences of good and poor sleep on metabolic and cardiovascular health.
